The Festival of Cricket Promotional Event 2022 marked the return of community engagement and excitement surrounding the Festival of Cricket following the challenges of the pandemic years.
The event brought together supporters, sponsors, volunteers and members of the Sri Lankan community to celebrate the spirit of cricket, friendship and unity. It provided an opportunity to promote the forthcoming festival, strengthen community connections and highlight FOC’s ongoing commitment to charitable causes, cultural heritage and bringing people together through sport and shared experiences.
The occasion also reaffirmed the Festival of Cricket’s role as a platform for fostering community spirit, celebrating shared traditions and supporting meaningful causes both within the United Kingdom and in Sri Lanka.
