A special event to launch the new Festival of Cricket (FOC) website and conduct the FOC Charity Raffle draw was held on 4 June 2021 at the Sri Lanka High Commission in London, commencing at 6.00 pm.
The event was held under the auspices of Her Excellency Mrs Saroja Sirisena, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to the United Kingdom, and was attended by a limited number of members of the FOC Executive Committee.
Her Excellency was invited to officially launch the new FOC website and graciously agreed to draw the winning tickets from the raffle entries. All proceeds from the FOC Charity Raffle were distributed to Cancer Relief UK and selected charitable organisations in Sri Lanka.
The Festival of Cricket extends its sincere thanks to all those who purchased raffle tickets in support of this fundraising initiative.
