The Promotional Evening for the Festival of Cricket was held on 15 June 2022 at the Sri Lankan High Commission in London. The event was organised to promote the 32nd Annual Festival of Cricket, scheduled to take place on 10 July 2022 in Ilford.
Her Excellency Mrs Saroja Sirisena, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to the United Kingdom, attended as the Chief Guest. The event was attended by distinguished guests, sponsors and members of the FOC Executive Committee.
Mrs Sirisena warmly welcomed those in attendance and thanked them for their continued support. She commended the Festival of Cricket for its outstanding contribution to the community and wished the organisation every success in delivering another memorable event.
Official photographs were taken throughout the evening, capturing key moments and reflecting the spirit of the occasion. Following the presentations, guests gathered on the High Commission lawn, where light refreshments were served.
Representatives from the festival’s principal sponsors, SriLankan Airlines, Bank of Ceylon and Tillmax, were also in attendance.
